Lisa Willis
Hello! I founded Lisa Willis Creative in 2018 after more than two decades leading strategic communications, brand partnerships, and program development for a mix of notable organizations ranging from iHeartMedia and NBC Sports Boston (home of the Boston Celtics) to national nonprofits like The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and The Moyer Foundation (Eluna).
With roots in the Northeast and 20 years in Seattle, we’re a boutique agency built on collaboration, creativity, and impact. We partner with companies to craft compelling narratives, build strategic relationships, and deliver meaningful results. Known for placing key media coverable, developing high-impact partnerships, and managing complex initiatives. At the core of our work is a deep belief in the power of connection between people, sectors, and ideas to generate success. Michi Suzuki
Michi is a serial entrepreneur with nearly 20 years of PR and marketing experience in strategic planning, partnership marketing, event marketing, and media relations. After running her own agency and working in the corporate world, she launched MichiMSuzukiPR, a full-service consulting agency serving clients across tech, food & beverage, hospitality, consumer goods, non-profits, and travel. By integrating PR, social media, influencer marketing, and events, Michi and her team create creative, results-driven strategies that build brands and raise awareness. She’s passionate about storytelling, connecting people authentically, developing fresh ideas, and elevating the human experience—adding dignity to a cause is pretty darn cool, too.
Lesa Linster
In 2010, Lesa founded Linster Creative, a full-spectrum marketing and PR agency in Seattle. With 20+ years in media relations, brand development, communications, strategic marketing, collaborations, and events, she focuses today on lifestyle and hospitality. Lesa gained experience with Seattle staples like The Mariners, MSNBC, The Seattle Times, University of Washington, and The Moyer Foundation. She has helped clients locally and in 30+ cities nationwide expand their reach, build brand partnerships, engage audiences, and share stories—earning coverage in local, national, and international media. Working closely with chefs and hospitality leaders, Lesa has helped open 25+ restaurants and several award-winning hotels.
Emily Crawford
Emily is a creative leader and journalist with 20+ years in communications, PR, and marketing for nonprofits and public agencies. She founded Luminosity Public Relations in 2018 to support organizations in arts and culture, environmental conservation, and social services. As a senior communications strategist, Emily crafts strategies that raise awareness, protect reputations, and drive stakeholder engagement. Previously, she was Director of Marketing for the Pike Place Market PDA, overseeing a multi-year communications plan for the $74M expansion of the historic market. She also serves on the board of SeaLife Response, Rehab and Research (SR3).
Account Manager
Pisa Leelapatana
Pisa helps drive earned media across across every client. She got her start as an intern while finishing her Communications degree at the University of Washington, and never left. Pisa brings strategy, hustle, and serious attention to detail to her work, supporting influencer campaigns, building targeted media lists, and digging deep on research that delivers results. Before PR, Pisa was the student coordinator for UW’s Dawg Daze, a 10-day welcome program reaching thousands of new students. She helped produce 500+ events, trained student leaders, and led a campus-wide scavenger hunt in partnership with Alaska Airlines. A lifelong sports fan, she also served as a marketing intern for UW Athletics, planning and executing in-game promotions.
