Lisa Willis

Hello!

I founded Lisa Willis Creative in 2018 after more than two decades leading strategic communications, brand partnerships, and program development for a wide range of notable businesses — from iHeartMedia and NBC Sports Boston (home of the Boston Celtics) to national nonprofits such as The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and The Moyer Foundation (Eluna). With deep roots in the Northeast and 18 years in Seattle, I’ve built a boutique agency focused on collaboration, creativity, and impact. Today, Lisa Willis Creative operates as a trusted partner to companies and mission-driven teams, known for crafting thoughtful narratives, building strategic relationships, and delivering results that drive both visibility and value. We’ve been recognized for forging high-impact partnerships, earning meaningful media, and managing complex, cross-functional initiatives. At the core of my work is a deep belief in the power of connection — between people, sectors, and ideas — to generate momentum and create lasting change and success. As a storyteller, connector, and collaborator, I’m driven by the wins — big and small — that help individuals, brands, and communities grow, thrive, and genuinely feel good about the work they’re doing.

Our Partners

Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. We bring you the right team to be sure your vision is executed. It’s always about great people. Please meet these incredible humans, PR warriors and our most frequent collaborating partners Michi Suzuki and Lesa Linster.

Michi Suzuki

Michi is a serial-entrepreneur with nearly 20 years of PR and Marketing experience in strategic plan development, partnership marketing, event marketing, and media relations. After owning/operating her own agency for nearly two decades, and working in the corporate world, she launched MichiMSuzukiPR, a full-service consulting agency providing PR & Marketing services to clients in a variety of industries including technology, food & beverage, hospitality, consumer product goods, non-profit and travel. By integrating PR, Social Media, Influencer Marketing and Events, she and her team deliver creative and compelling PR & Marketing strategies designed to successfully build brands, raise awareness among targeted consumers to deliver maximum results. She is passionate about storytelling, connecting people in an authentic manner, developing and executing ideas that have never been done before, and elevating the human experience. Adding dignity to a cause is pretty darn cool, too.

Account Manager

Pisa Leelapatana

Pisa is an account manager for Lisa Willis Creative and MichiMSuzukiPR. She has assisted in earning media for clients in a variety of industries, including food & beverage, hospitality and travel. Pisa entered the world of PR as an intern for Lisa Willis and Michi Suzuki while a senior at the University of Washington, and has since been working with the dynamic duo! She has gained valuable experience in PR through facilitating influencer marketing, compiling media lists, and doing lots and lots of research.

Previously, Pisa was the student coordinator for the University of Washington's Dawg Daze, a 10-day welcome program for new students. She helped facilitate over 500+ events, led student leader training, and organized a campus-wide scavenger hunt in partnership with Alaska Airlines. In addition, her passion for sports led her to become a marketing intern for the Athletic department, allowing her to plan and execute in-game promotional elements.
